With increasing amount of export, the company can only increase their financing needs. After they understood EIF Service, they push their client issue LC with 180 days to “EIF Service”. As a result, their client payment terms prolong to 180 days from 90. And the cash return of the Export company is shortened from 90 to 15 days. They don’t need to finance from bank any more. They increase their profit while reducing debts. It makes the business away from cash drain and release company from cash pressure.
